平井真美子平井真美子

京都府出身。桐朋学園大学音楽学部ピアノ科卒業。
誰の心にも去来する想いを綴るような、親しみやすく美しく前向きなメロディー。また時に深く、静的でも動的でもある生きたメロディーが幅広く共感を得る。加えて音楽に命を吹き込む高い演奏表現力を兼ね揃え、クリエイター達からの厚い信頼の下、映画・CM・TV番組等の音楽を多数手がける。
日々の想いをメロディーにトランスレートして書き綴る "Piano Diary" をライフワークとし、2013年4月 Piano Diary シリーズ2作目のオリジナル・ピアノアルバム「夢の途中」を発表 。近年、アーチストへの楽曲提供も行っている。
2012年 新進気鋭のアーティストに贈られるアメリカの S&R Washington Award 受賞。
2017年 ワシントンD.C.にて歴史古い National Cherry Blossom Festival のオープニングアクトの作曲・出演を務めた。

Mamiko majored in piano at Toho Gakuen Music High School and also Toho Gakuen College in Tokyo. Today she works with a wide spectrum of artists, creators, and musicians to compose and perform musical melodies that best illustrate and evoke emotions reflective of the most memorable moments of life.

She has composed music for the film and television industry, and focuses on her solo piano concerts, creating a series of albums containing her "Piano Diary". They are psychological portraits via the piano, taking a closer look at the very essence of the soul and inner being. They are an artistic expression of the whim of the heart, provoking nostalgia, deep emotions, and a sentimental feeling relative to all. Her most recent album, Towards a Dream, was released in the spring of 2013.

Mamiko's works have been recognized internationally and in 2012 she received the S&R Washington Award. She has also composed and performed for the opening ceremony of the 2017 National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington DC.

Mamiko is now based in Tokyo and is seeking opportunities to further expand globally. She hopes that this website can provide a place for people to experience some of her music, style, and imagery.

とあるひ – a day

“とあるひ”の映像作品をご覧頂けるサイトが出来ました。
「とあるひ」sound onにしてご覧ください♪

「長い年月を旅してきた古い楽器が持つ凛とした佇まい、修復され蘇ったその響きを映像作品として残したい」

そんな思いから、昨年、プロジェクトは始まりました。今回演奏したのは1912年製の金魚型足踏みオルガン。2021年、鍵盤楽器専門の修復工房pianopiaを訪ねた際に、丁寧に修復されたこの楽器と出会い、音色に魅了されました。

撮影は「ミルクの中のイワナ」などのドキュメンタリー映画監督、坂本麻人さんにお願いし、2024年4月に「とあるひ202419202122」を開催したDAISY BALLOONのスタジオ・ギャラリーAgainST Galleryで収録を行いました。録音は「とあるひ記録集」を手掛けてくださったFlysoundの福岡功訓さん。

そういえば撮影中、雨上がりの空に突然虹がかかりました。大きな弧を描いて架かる、その鮮やかな色彩をみんな言葉を失って見惚れていました。

「時を繋ぐ架け橋を作る」

眺めていたあの瞬間は永遠にも似た時間で。今、みんなで取り組んでいることの形のない思いを、希望として実感できた”とあるひ”のひとときでした。

可愛らしくどこか儚げな小さなオルガン、その姿からは想像出来ないような時に力強く、そして繊細な音色を、映像と共にお楽しみください。
私たちが今、この時代に生きていることを静かに感じさせてくれます。

土曜ドラマ「リラの花咲くけものみち」オリジナルサウンドトラック

2月1日（土）より放送が始まったNHK土曜ドラマ「リラの花咲くけものみち」＜全3話＞。
2月19日に各種サブスクにてオリジナルサウンドトラックの配信リリースが決まりました。
　
等しく愛が巡る、生きとし生けるものたちのパレード、、、そんな世界に誘われるジャケットは、音楽家であり、朗読・書き文字・肖像を描くポートレートドローイングなど多岐に活動されている扇谷一穂さんが描いてくださいました。一つ一つのモチーフに高低差がつけられ、光と影の表情が繊細に浮かび上がる立体作品。この素晴らしいジャケットと共に「リラの花咲くけものみち」の音楽をお届けできることが本当にしあわせです。

そして、楽曲に美しい音色で息吹を吹き込んでくれたミュージシャンのみなさん。関わってくださった全てのみなさんの感性が合わさって出来た音源は何度聴いても胸が震えます。また一つかけがえのない経験ができました。ありがとうございました。

「とあるひのこと　平井真美子」

目には見えない音の在処を見る者の心を通して形象化する。そんな果てなき好奇心を平井真美子と芦屋市立美術博物館が共に手を取り、音と空間を通して象る1日限りの展覧会「とあるひのこと　平井真美子」を開催します。

2019年12月から始まったコロナ禍に描かれた58日分、58曲の音のスケッチ。閉ざされた時間の中で作者自身の音楽の原点を回想し、それらをSNSで発表することで分断された人の心に寄り添う作品となった。

今回の展覧会「とあるひのこと」は、そんな他愛ない音のスケッチから連なり、またそのアルバムレコーディングを兼ねてから親交ある芦屋美術博物館で試みたことから始まった、他に例を見ない音の展覧会になります。

根幹にあるアルバム「とあるひ」は曲名が日付になっており、その日のその時々の言葉とマテリアル（スケッチ、押し花、写真、鳥の羽など）を透ける紙に重ね合わせ、作者の日常、眼差しの向こうにある景色を感じとれるようなブックレットが添えられている。

平井自身が奏でる日々の音の欠片を美術博物館が持つ三つの展示空間に響かせ一人一人の心や体を癒し、そして問いかけます。協力するクリエイターとのトークショーも予定。共鳴する魂の音心浴。ぜひご体験ください。

日本香堂『かたりべ』CMの音楽を担当しました。
語りは坂本美雨さん。

五感で感じる匂いや景色の中には捉えきれない気配や世界が存在します。そんなただ”漂っているもの”を音にする感覚で創作しました。

Join The 6821 Quintet to celebrate spring! Based on the idea that music can bring disparate cultures together, this group of international musicians collaborates every year to premiere a new work commissioned for the opening ceremonies of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Brought together by the Ryuji Ueno Foundation and named after the approximate distance between Washington, DC, and Tokyo, the group consists of musicians Eric Silberger (violin), Shizuka Inoue (violin), Andrew Gonzalez (viola), Clancy Newman (cello), and Ryo Yanagitani (piano).

With the understanding that music and art becomes the binding force bringing diverse cultures together, the Taipei Cultural Center of TECO in New York and the Ryuji Ueno Foundation embark on a project to present representatives from the island nations to join in a unified concert. This pilot project consists of two performances, one at Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Music Center in New York City on Wednesday, September 26, followed by a performance at Evermay on the 28th.

This performance is brought to you in collaboration with the Taipei Cultural Center in New York.

エシカルフェスタ2023

2023年11月23日（木・祝）、一般社団法人エシカル協会と聖心女子大学グローバル共生研究所の共催で開催される「エシカルフェスタ2023」の特別トークショー会場にて、空間伴奏を担当させていただきました。

たくさんの方といま分かち合いたい『リジェネラティブ（環境再生）』をテーマに、この日は多様な分野のマーケットやワークショップが開催されたり、特別トークショーでは「大地の再生、森の再生、人間の再生」の3つのパートに分けて、世代や専門の垣根を超えたゲストの方々のクロストークが展開。
そのトーク会場で、空間伴奏と称し普段から親しんでいる山の裾野でフィールドレコーディングした環境音や、修復された古い鍵盤楽器、拾った珊瑚や落ち葉、など有機的かつ多彩な音で空間音楽を奏でます。さまざまな分野でお話される皆さんの物語に、その日にしかない響きで交わらせていただきました。

In February 2017, the music group, B4gakudan, joined me for the recording of the soundtrack of the NHK-BS Premium TV series, Nippon Jyuudan Kokorotabi. From working together we decided to plan a special collaborative concert performance! B4gakudan’s original songs, along with my own songs, have been rearranged to include each of our instruments. The singer, Ayako Ikeda, will also be a part of the show as a guest, and will sing the TV show’s theme song, Kokoro Tabi, and hit song, Ashita he no Tegami. For anyone who is a fan of Kokoro Tabi or its music, please come and enjoy this special night!
